When we got up Easter Sunday it was one of the most beautiful mornings I had seen in awhile! When I opened the blinds to the back yard it was filled with bright, red cardinals! It was breathtaking! I couldn’t get to my camera fast enough though. Landon got up shortly after and checked out what the “Munny” had brought him!
He went straight to the puzzle and trucks. He’s all boy! He calls a fire truck a “Firerescue” (fire rescue - all one word) due to an episode of the Bubble Guppies that talks about it and he loves them! The puzzle also has a “peececar” (police-car all one word)
He also got four Dr. Seuss books. Hop on Pop, Are You My Mother, One Fish Two Fish, and Green Eggs and Ham. His eggs were filled with gummies and goldfish. In his basket were bubbles, a Guy Harvey t-shirt, little trucks and 4-wheelers, a little Ty Beanie Baby Lamb, a chocolate cross, and jelly beans. :)
He also loves, “Hairpains” (Air Plains - all one word)
We got ready and went to church where they performed The Lord’s Supper.
After church we came home where Grammy and Pawpaw came to finish lunch and Tanner and Jessie came to eat.
Landon loved my pound cake :)
Oh, and low and behold look what he got from Grammy and Pawpaw for Easter!
If you missed the story ready this post!
Then it was time to hunt eggs! We didn’t hunt at church because my family was at our house waiting on us but next year we will be he loves it this year. Last year…not so much…
He kept saying, “I got it, I got it!” And he would tell you what color they were!
A little football before Uncle T had to go to work.
A little golf…
And some baseball.
We are truly blessed! Happy Easter!
