Taco Bake Recipe

I found a recipe on Pinterest that was a huge hit at my house! My mom was coming for dinner so I thought I would try something new!
Taco Bake
1 pound ground beef. (Browned/drained)
1 packet of taco seasoning (again I use all Great Value brands if I can)
3 flour tortillas (I tried to match the size of my pie pan)
1/2 cup of Salsa con Queso
1.5 to 2 cups of Mexican blend shredded cheese
Brown your meat, drain, and add taco seasoning. Once it's good and mixed, turn off heat and add 1/2 cup of Salsa con Queso and mix well.
I ALWAYS spray or grease my just makes for easier clean up!
Preheat your oven the 350 degrees. These pie dishes were my great grandmother’s. This is like the 2nd time I’ve gotten to use them! Pretty pumped!
Now we layer!
Put a tortilla on the bottom, add your meat mixture, and some cheese,
Another tortilla and repeat,
And repeat one more time.
Top it off with the rest of the cheese and bake until it looks golden and yummy!
Complete with salad, taco rice, chips, salsa, and salsa con queso.
It was SO GOOD!
Hope everyone enjoys as much as we did!
