A Little Golf and a Recipe!

We have been super busy around here lately! I have a few shots of Landon playing golf with daddy. I love how they will have a whole conversation but only Landon knows what it means ;) He still speaks a lot of jiberish but he's getting better at talking.

Jason would chip the ball and Landon would bring it back! Love it! Then Landon decided he wanted to try his hand out at golf!

A friend from work gave me the easiest recipe so on Easter weekend while Jason was at the lake with "the boys," I decided to make it.
 
Salsa Chicken

What you will need:
*Boneless, skinless chicken breasts. (I used breasts and tenders)
*A little water (I'd say about 1/4 cup)
*Salt and Pepper
*A jar of salsa (I used Great Value brand that was chunky. Next time I want to try medium heat salsa)
*Lay the chicken in your crock pot, add water, salt and pepper, and pour salsa over.
*Let cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
 
The ending product is so tender it falls apart! And it's incredibly healthy and low carb!
